Local Energy. Local Jobs. Local Opportunity.

Rural communities across Ohio are facing more pressure than ever amid rising costs and a growing energy demand. We can’t afford to single out or shut the door on homegrown energy production.

Who We Are

Highland County Solar Supporters is a group of local residents, landowners, workers, energy advocates, and community members who believe Highland County should know the facts and have access to open discussion about renewable energy development.

From farming and land ownership to schools and economic opportunity, energy development affects all of us. We’re here to share information, answer questions, and encourage respectful community conversation.

What We Do

We support responsible energy development that helps secure Ohio’s future.

Highland County residents deserve honest conversations, local input, and real economic opportunities as new energy projects are considered in our community, and landowners deserve the right to choose what to do with their property.
